(4.21) What if I’m deaf or hard of hearing, blind, or visually impaired?

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, blind, or visually impaired, the regional center must communicate with you by using alternative communication services.[1]Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code sections 4642(b), 4643(d), and 4646(j)(1-2).
