(4.27) Can I have a copy of my IPP in my native language?

Yes. The regional center must provide you with a copy of your IPP in your native language. This may mean the native language of your family, legal guardian, conservator, authorized representative, or both, unless DDS has determined that it would be an undue hardship for the regional center to do so.[1]Section 4646(j)(2).
