Yes. If you need an aid, service, or accommodation to engage with your team during an IPP meeting, the regional center must provide it for you. The law states that you must “have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of the [IPP].” ^[1]Section 4646(b). The IPP is created based on your individual needs.
