DDS publishes the subject and decision for all Section 4731 Complaints filed every year. If you ask for this information, DDS must give it to you.^[1]§ 4731(a).

For every appeal filed under Section 4700, DDS can tell you:^[2]§ 4731(d).

• If the case was resolved through an informal meeting or mediation.
• If the consumer or regional center refused to have an informal meeting.
• The issue(s) involved in the case.
• The outcome of the case, if there was a fair hearing.
