(3.13) What if the regional center says I am not eligible for their services, but I think I am?

If the regional center decides that you are not eligible for services, you have the right to appeal.[1]Section 4710.5(a).

Important: If you decide to appeal, you must do it within 60 days of the date you receive the notice in the mail from the regional center.[2]Section 4710.5(a); see Chapter 10 on Disputes and Appeals.
