and Community-Based Services Developmental Disability Waiver) \u7684\u7b80\u79f0\u3002 DD \u8c41\u514d\u53ef\u4ee5\u652f\u4ed8\u8bb8\u591a\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u793e\u533a\u5185\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u8f85\u52a9\u751f\u6d3b\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u8ba9\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f4f\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u5bb6\u91cc\uff0c<\/li><li>\u8f85\u52a9\u5c31\u4e1a\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u8ba9\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li><li>\u9762\u5411\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7167\u62a4\u8005\u7684\u5598\u606f\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u522b\u5316\u65b9\u6848\u8ba1\u5212 (Individual Program Plan, IPP) \u5217\u51fa\u6b64\u7c7b\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u53ef\u80fd\u901a\u8fc7 DD \u8c41\u514d\u652f\u4ed8\u3002 \u6709\u5173\u5176\u4ed6 DD \u8c41\u514d\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u6e05\u5355\uff0c\u8bf7\u67e5\u770b<a href=\"https:\/\/rula.disabilityrightsca.org\/zh-hant\/rula-book\/chapter-11-the-medi-cal-developmental-disability-waiver\/11-25-what-services-does-the-dd-waiver-cover\/\">\u95ee\u9898 25<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd8\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u8c41\u514d\uff0c\u4f46 DD \u8c41\u514d\u662f\u9762\u5411\u53d1\u80b2\u6b8b\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u8c41\u514d\u3002 \u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u8c41\u514d\u201d\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u5141\u8bb8\u5dde\u8c41\u514d Medi-Cal \u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u8054\u90a6\u89c4\u5219\u3002 \u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u8be5\u8c41\u514d\u201c\u514d\u9664\u201d\u4e86\u6536\u5165\u548c\u8d44\u6e90\u89c4\u5219\u3002 \u8fd9\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u513f\u7ae5\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u7236\u6bcd\u7684\u94b1\u8fc7\u591a\uff0c\u8be5\u513f\u7ae5\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97 Medi-Cal\u3002 \u8bf7\u67e5\u770b\u95ee\u9898 <a
