1819&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u4ee3\u8868\u6388\u6743\u8868&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6253\u7b97\u8ba9\u67d0\u4eba\u4ee3\u8868\u60a8\u51fa\u5e2d\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\uff0c\u8bf7\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u8868\u3002\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u6388\u6743&nbsp;DDS&nbsp;\u4e0e\u5021\u6743\u8005\u6216\u5f8b\u5e08\u5206\u4eab\u6709\u5173\u60a8\u4e2a\u6848\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DS 1820&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u884c\u52a8\u901a\u77e5&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u5f53\u5730\u533a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6253\u7b97\u51cf\u5c11\u6216\u505c\u6b62\u67d0\u9879\u670d\u52a1\u65f6\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u5411\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u3002\u4ece&nbsp;2025&nbsp;\u5e74&nbsp;1&nbsp;\u6708&nbsp;1&nbsp;\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u8fd8\u5c06\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u901a\u77e5\u63a5\u6536\u548c\u8d44\u683c\u8ba4\u5b9a\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u8fd8\u5217\u51fa\u4e86\u5ba2\u6237\u6743\u76ca\u5021\u5bfc\u529e\u516c\u5ba4&nbsp;(OCRA)\u3001\u5dde\u53d1\u80b2\u6b8b\u969c\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a&nbsp;(SCDD)&nbsp;\u4ee5\u53ca\u52a0\u5dde\u6b8b\u969c\u6743\u5229\u7f72&nbsp;(Disability Rights California)&nbsp;\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DS 1822&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u89e3\u51b3\u901a\u77e5&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5df2\u63d0\u8d77\u4e0a\u8bc9\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u60a8\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u5728\u6cd5\u5b98\u4f5c\u51fa\u88c1\u51b3\u4e4b\u524d\u5df2\u5f97\u5230\u89e3\u51b3\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u60a8\u5e0c\u671b\u64a4\u56de\u4e0a\u8bc9\uff0c\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u8bf4\u660e\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DS 1823&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u4e0a\u8bc9\u7533\u8bf7\u53d8\u66f4&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0\u6b65\u9aa4\uff0c\u8bf7\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u6700\u521d\u63d0\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u65f6\u4ec5\u8981\u6c42\u4e3e\u884c\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u5728\u4e4b\u540e\u6dfb\u52a0\u8c03\u89e3\u6216\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DS 1824&nbsp;\u6700\u7ec8\u91cd\u65b0\u5ba1\u8bae\u7533\u8bf7&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\u7ed3\u675f\u540e\uff0c\u60a8\u6216\u5730\u533a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8bf7\u201c\u91cd\u65b0\u5ba1\u8bae\u201d\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u7ea0\u6b63\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e2d\u7684\u6587\u4e66\u9519\u8bef\u3001\u4e8b\u5b9e\u9519\u8bef\u6216\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9519\u8bef\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u60a8\u6536\u5230\u542c\u8bc1\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77&nbsp;15&nbsp;\u5929\u5185\u63d0\u4ea4\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5584\u610f\u4fe1\u5ff5\u4fe1\u51fd\u6837\u672c&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;\u5584\u610f\u4fe1\u5ff5\u4fe1\u51fd\u901a\u5e38\u7531\u5730\u533a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5728\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5176\u4ed6\u4e66\u9762\u6587\u4ef6\uff08\u4f8b\u5982&nbsp;IPP\uff09\u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u8bf4\u660e\u60a8\u5df2\u540c\u610f\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u5185\u5bb9\uff1a\u5730\u533a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u786e\u8ba4\u60a8\u540c\u610f\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77&nbsp;5&nbsp;\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5185\u5411\u60a8\u53d1\u9001\u5584\u610f\u4fe1\u5ff5\u4fe1\u51fd\u3002&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u4fe1\u606f\u5305\u3001\u6d41\u7a0b\u56fe\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u7528\u4fe1\u606f\u53ef\u4f9b\u60a8\u5728\u4e0a\u8bc9\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<span
