(habilitation)\u3001\u804c\u4e1a\u5eb7\u590d\u548c\u65e5\u95f4\u6d3b\u52a8<\/li><li>\u7ed9\u4f11\u95f2\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u652f\u6301<\/li><li>\u4ea4\u901a<\/li><li>\u4ece\u5b66\u6821\u5230\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li><li>\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5728\u65e5\u95f4\u8ba1\u5212\u4e2d\u7684\u6743\u5229<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u7ae0\u4fe1\u606f\u4e3b\u8981\u53d6\u81ea\u4e00\u90e8\u53eb\u505a\u300a\u5170\u7279\u66fc\u6cd5\u6848\u300b(Lanterman Act) \u7684\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u4ece\u300a\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u798f\u5229\u548c\u673a\u6784\u6cd5\u89c4\u300b(California Welfare and Institutions Code) \u7b2c 4500 \u8282\u5f00\u59cb\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7ed9\u51fa\u6b64\u90e8\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u7ae0\u8282\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u60a8\u67e5\u627e\u6211\u4eec\u7f16\u5199\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u67e5\u9605\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ee5\u83b7\u53d6\u9700\u8981\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u5f53\u51fa\u73b0\u201c\u8282\u201d\u4e00\u5b57\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u8ddf\u968f\u6570\u5b57\u65f6\uff0c\u82e5\u65e0\u5176\u4ed6\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5219\u662f\u6307\u300a\u5170\u7279\u66fc\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u7684\u7ae0\u8282\u3002\u60f3\u8981\u9605\u8bfb\u300a\u5170\u7279\u66fc\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\uff0c\u8bf7<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dds.ca.gov\/transparency\/laws-regulations\/lanterman-act-and-related-laws\/\">\u70b9\u51fb\u8fd9\u91cc<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"menu-chapter-9-container\"><ul \u6211\u662f\u5426\u5fc5\u987b\u4f7f\u7528\u666e\u901a\u7c7b\u8d44\u6e90\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u5de5\u4f5c\u6216\u4f11\u95f2\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\uff0c\u4e4b\u540e\u5730\u533a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u624d\u5c06\u5e2e\u52a9\u6211\u83b7\u5f97\u8fd9\u4e9b\u670d\u52a1\uff1f<\/a><\/li>\n<li \u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u65e5\u95f4\u8ba1\u5212\u6216\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u600e\u4e48\u529e\uff1f<\/a><\/li>\n<li id=\"menu-item-1600\" class=\"menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-1600\"><a
