Si cree que cumple con los criterios para un servicio conforme a la exenci\u00f3n DD, recuerde escribirlo en su formulario de solicitud de audiencia imparcial. Por ejemplo, puede escribir: &#8220;Tambi\u00e9n quiero que mi derecho a este servicio se determine en virtud de la exenci\u00f3n DD &#8211; las reglas federales de Medicaid&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una apelaci\u00f3n sobre un servicio de exenci\u00f3n DD es similar a una apelaci\u00f3n bajo la Ley Lanterman. Es posible que tenga reclamos tanto en virtud de la Ley Lanterman como de la exenci\u00f3n DD. Si esto sucede, tendr\u00e1 una audiencia. Un Juez de Derecho Administrativo (llamado ALJ) considerar\u00e1 primero sus reclamos bajo la Ley Lanterman.
