Si califica para los servicios de exenci\u00f3n DD, se beneficiar\u00e1 de las siguientes maneras:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los servicios de exenci\u00f3n DD no pueden ser limitados.Los centros regionales no pueden limitar los servicios de exenci\u00f3n que ofrecen. Esto se debe a que los servicios de Medi-Cal disponibles en una parte del estado deben estar disponibles en todas las partes del estado. A esto se le llama requisito de &#8220;amplitud estatal&#8221;.<span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_2296_1('footnote_plugin_reference_2296_1_1');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_2296_1('footnote_plugin_reference_2296_1_1');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_2296_1_1\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">[1]<\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_2296_1_1\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">42 U.S.C. \u00a7 1396a(a)(1)(requisito de amplitud estatal)<\/span><\/span><script type=\"text\/javascript\"> jQuery('#footnote_plugin_tooltip_2296_1_1').tooltip({ tip: '#footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_2296_1_1', tipClass: 'footnote_tooltip', effect: 'fade', predelay: 0, fadeInSpeed: 200, delay: 400, fadeOutSpeed: 200, position: 'top center', relative: true, offset: [-7, 0], });<\/script> Por lo tanto, todos los centros regionales deben ofrecer los mismos servicios de exenci\u00f3n DD a los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los centros regionales no pueden usar las pautas de Compra de Servicio (POS) para limitar la cantidad o el tipo de servicios que recibe por la exenci\u00f3n DD.Cada centro regional tiene pautas de POS, pero las pautas no pueden controlar los servicios que recibe. Tiene derecho a recibir los servicios y apoyos que necesita y que se enumeran en su Plan de Programa Individual (IPP). De acuerdo a la exenci\u00f3n DD, obtiene una exenci\u00f3n adicional para veh\u00edculos.
