La Ley Lanterman dice que la OAH debe presentar la decisi\u00f3n al Director de Servicios de Atenci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica para que la revise seg\u00fan la ley federal de Medicaid. Si el Director est\u00e1 de acuerdo con la decisi\u00f3n del oficial de audiencias, se convierte en &#8220;adoptada&#8221;, lo que significa que la decisi\u00f3n es definitiva. Ellos le enviar\u00e1n una copia de la misma.
