El ALJ re\u00fane informaci\u00f3n, revisa los documentos y escucha a los testigos que responden las preguntas realizadas por usted y por el centro regional. Los testigos juran que est\u00e1n testificando con sinceridad, lo que se denomina estar \u201cbajo juramento\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una audiencia, usted tiene derecho a lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mostrar las pruebas escritas y orales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llamar a testigos de su parte. Hay dos tipos de testigos. Los \u201ctestigos legos\u201d son personas que conocen los hechos que ayudan en su caso. Los \u201ctestigos expertos\u201d, como m\u00e9dicos y psic\u00f3logos, dan una opini\u00f3n utilizando su formaci\u00f3n y experiencia especiales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tener un defensor, abogado u otro representante en la audiencia.
