El sistema analiza las proporciones de personal por residente, la cantidad de servicios de consultores y las necesidades de los residentes. Clasifica cada CCF como ARM Nivel 2, 3 o 4. ARM nivel 2 tiene la proporci\u00f3n de personal m\u00e1s baja, lo que significa que las personas que viven all\u00ed necesitan menos apoyos y servicios. Los residentes de los CCF de ARM nivel 4 necesitan m\u00e1s apoyos y servicios. A menudo, los CCF de ARM nivel 4 sirven a personas con comportamientos desafiantes. El nivel 4 tambi\u00e9n se divide en nueve subniveles, de la A hasta la I.
