El centro regional debe evaluar su elegibilidad al menos 90 d\u00edas antes de que cumpla 5 a\u00f1os. Despu\u00e9s de esa evaluaci\u00f3n, su elegibilidad y servicios terminar\u00e1n si el centro regional dice que no tiene una discapacidad del desarrollo. Pero usted puede apelar esa decisi\u00f3n. Debe apelar dentro de los 10 d\u00edas para mantener su elegibilidad durante su apelaci\u00f3n. Debe apelar dentro de los 30 d\u00edas para impugnar la decisi\u00f3n del centro regional en absoluto. Consulte el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rula.disabilityrightsca.org\/es\/rula-book\/capitulo-10-apelaciones-y-reclamos-desacuerdos-con-centros-regionales-centros-de-desarrollo-o-proveedores-de-servicios\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2072\">Cap\u00edtulo 10<\/a>\u00a0para conocer los plazos y c\u00f3mo apelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ser elegible provisionalmente, debe tener 3 o 4 a\u00f1os y tener una discapacidad que no sea solo f\u00edsica. Tambi\u00e9n debe tener problemas importantes en al menos 2 de estas 5 \u00e1reas de actividad principales de la vida:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cuidado personal.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lenguaje receptivo y expresivo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprendizaje.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Movilidad.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autodirecci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Si es un beb\u00e9 de 0 a 2 a\u00f1os y recibe servicios de intervenci\u00f3n temprana, el centro regional debe evaluarlo 90 d\u00edas antes de su tercer cumplea\u00f1os para ver si tiene una discapacidad del desarrollo. <span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_1804_1('footnote_plugin_reference_1804_1_2');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_1804_1('footnote_plugin_reference_1804_1_2');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_1804_1_2\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">[2]<\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_1804_1_2\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">34 C.F.R.
