Si usted cree que su ubicaci\u00f3n en el DC es ilegal o inapropiada, p\u00eddale al DC o al personal del centro regional que lo deje en libertad. O p\u00eddale a alguien que lo solicite por usted. El DC debe enviar el formulario a la corte y una copia a su padre o tutor con una carta que diga que se notific\u00f3 a la corte. O puede haber una audiencia. Usted tiene derecho a tener un abogado en la audiencia. Si no puede pagar un abogado, la corte le asignar\u00e1 uno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el tribunal dice que no tiene una discapacidad del desarrollo o que puede satisfacer sus propias necesidades de manera segura, el DC tiene 72 horas para liberarlo.
