que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El centro regional muestre un progreso significativo hacia el plan de transici\u00f3n a la comunidad y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existan circunstancias extraordinarias m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del control del centro regional que les hayan impedido obtener esos servicios y apoyos dentro del cronograma del plan.<span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a
