Puede pedirle a la escuela que invite a su coordinador de servicios a ser parte de su equipo de IEP para ayudar con la planificaci\u00f3n de la transici\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n pueden invitar al Departamento de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n (DOR) para discutir las opciones vocacionales. El centro regional puede ayudarlo a desarrollar sus metas de transici\u00f3n del IEP y elegir servicios que lo ayuden a alcanzar esas metas. Los servicios que reciba dependen de lo que necesite y desee. Sus servicios pueden ser experiencias comunitarias, desarrollo laboral y otras metas para su vida como adulto.
