A veces, un asesor laboral le ense\u00f1a a su empleador o a otros empleados c\u00f3mo apoyarlo. Esto le ayuda a aprender el trabajo y a integrarse en la cultura de la empresa. La meta del asesor laboral es desarrollar apoyos naturales para que pueda trabajar con la menor ayuda posible, tal vez incluso sin un asesor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un asesor laboral es diferente de un desarrollador laboral. Un desarrollador laboral lo ayuda a encontrar o desarrollar un trabajo espec\u00edficamente para usted.
