Podr\u00eda ser la primera reuni\u00f3n de IPP, una reuni\u00f3n para revisar el IPP y su progreso, o una reuni\u00f3n especial para cambiar el IPP entre reuniones regulares. No importa el tipo de reuni\u00f3n, la mayor\u00eda comienzan revisando la informaci\u00f3n. La informaci\u00f3n de la evaluaci\u00f3n es \u00fatil:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>para desarrollar un IPP o para revisar el progreso hacia sus metas,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>para decidir si agregar o cambiar servicios para ayudarlo a alcanzar sus metas, y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>para incluir nuevos objetivos si ya ha logrado los que aparecen en su IPP actual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de las evaluaciones, el equipo puede discutir qu\u00e9 objetivos deben estar en su IPP. A continuaci\u00f3n, hable sobre los servicios y apoyos que le ayudar\u00e1n a alcanzar sus metas nuevas o revisadas. La discusi\u00f3n debe incluir llegar a un acuerdo sobre los servicios que necesita, la frecuencia con la que los recibir\u00e1 y cu\u00e1ndo comenzar\u00e1n. La discusi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n debe decir qui\u00e9n es responsable de proporcionar esos servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proveedor puede ser el centro regional o un proveedor que paga el centro regional. O bien, el responsable puede ser otro programa o agencia local, estatal o federal.
