La ley dice que los centros regionales deben asegurarse de que no haya otras agencias o recursos con el deber de proporcionar el servicio que est\u00e1 solicitando. Esto se denomina \u201cagotar los recursos gen\u00e9ricos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un \u201crecurso gen\u00e9rico\u201d es una agencia o recurso requerido para atender a todos los miembros del p\u00fablico en general, sean o no clientes del centro regional.
